Our founder, David Balkun, has been involved in real estate evaluation, both residential and commercial since 1970. He has experience in residential and commercial construction, in electrical systems, in plumbing systems, in heating systems, remodeling, fire restoration, and insurance repair. He also served as department head for the City of New Britain's Building Department for 7 years.

Dave has completed thousands of home and commercial inspections. He is licensed by the state of Connecticut, completes numerous hours of continuing education annually and holds the state's DEP "S" or Supervisory License for termite and wood boring insect inspections. He is also a member of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors and Environmental Solutions Association.
